All accepted final paper submissions must be accompanied by a paid registration. The author registration is required in order to upload the final material of accepted contributions (regular or invited paeprs) before October 27, 2008. Extra Paper Fee: All conference registrations are allowed to upload one (1) paper maximum. Additional uploads require 300 USD payment for each extra paper. This payment is calculated automatically when you register. If you are an author on listed papers, please do not un-check checkboxes next to papers you want to upload. Overlength fee: Nominal page limit is 6 pages. Overlength page charges at USD 100/page will be automatically calculated by the conference registration system. This is a part of the paper submission process, you cannot prepay overlength fee. On your final submission information update, enter the total number of pages in the final submission. If you enter more than six, an overlength charge will automatically appear when you register. Workshops and Tutorial: Please note that ALL workshops and tutorial will run in parallel, please only register for ONE workshop/tutorial. All the workshops, tutorial, and technical tour are FREE for attendees with conference registration. A free bus will bring people from Imperial Queen's Park Hotel to AIT and back, and lunch will also be provided. US$ 20 deposit is required when a workshop/tutorial is registered. This deposit will be refunded as cash at the workshop site. Refunds: Authors who have uploaded their papers will not be able to refund their registration fee even if they withdraw their papers.
